1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using joincryptoempire.com (the "Site") or any of Crypto Empire's products and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Educational Content Only - Not Financial Advice

All content provided through the Services - including but not limited to videos, newsletters, signals, market analysis, trade calls, and community discussions - is for educational and informational purposes only. Crypto Empire and Connor Sellers are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, or financial planners. Nothing on the Site or in any Service constitutes personalized investment, legal, or tax advice.

You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss.

3. Subscription Services

Empire Alpha is a recurring monthly subscription billed at $47 per month (founding member rate, subject to change for new members). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.

Empire Pro is a recurring annual subscription billed at $2,000 per year. Pro membership includes Empire Alpha access at no additional cost. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.

5. Account Access and Termination

You agree to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Crypto Empire may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, share content outside the paid community, harass other members, or engage in abusive behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services - including videos, written analysis, signals, ebooks, and proprietary frameworks - is the intellectual property of Crypto Empire and Connor Sellers. You may not redistribute, resell, screenshot for public sharing, or republish any paid-tier content without written permission. Members caught sharing paid content publicly will have their access revoked without refund.

7. Community Conduct

Discord and Telegram community access is conditional on respectful behavior. Spam, scams, harassment, doxxing, market manipulation, shilling unrelated projects, and posting affiliate links without permission are prohibited. Violations result in removal without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto Empire and Connor Sellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to cancel your subscription.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-product notification.
